How Our Swedish Candy Truck Works at Events

The Deer Haven Candy Truck is designed to turn a candy table into an experience. Guests walk up to the truck, browse the colorful selection, and build a Swedish candy mix of their own.

If you are thinking about booking us for a wedding, company event, party, launch, or community celebration, here is what the process looks like.

1. Tell us about your event

Start with your date, location, estimated guest count, and the type of event you are planning. Those details help us recommend the right service approach and estimate how much candy you will need.

2. We plan the setup

Once the event is booked, we coordinate the practical details: timing, where the truck will be positioned, service flow, candy needs, and any event-specific requests.

For venues where the truck is not the best fit, an indoor candy setup may be a better option. We can help you decide what works for the space.

3. We arrive and get the candy wall ready

Before guests begin, we set up the truck, fill and organize the candy bins, and get the serving area ready. The goal is for the experience to feel like part of the event—not another task for the host to manage.

4. Guests build their own mix

This is the fun part. Guests browse the selection and choose their own combination of sweet, sour, chewy, foamy, fruity, and other favorites. Because everyone builds a different bag, the candy becomes interactive rather than simply something set out on a dessert table.

5. We handle service and cleanup

Depending on the event setup, Deer Haven can provide an attendant to help keep the candy experience organized and moving smoothly. When service is finished, we handle teardown of our setup.
