We want your candy to arrive fresh, delicious, and ready to enjoy.

Processing Time

Most orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During holidays, product launches, or other especially busy periods, processing may take a little longer. We’ll always do our best to get your candy on its way as quickly as possible.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information at the email address used during checkout.

Delivery dates provided by the carrier are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Warm Weather Shipping

Some candies are sensitive to heat. During unusually warm weather, we may adjust when an order ships to reduce the amount of time your candy spends in transit or in a hot delivery facility.

Please bring packages indoors as soon as possible after delivery. Deer Haven Candy Co. cannot guarantee that heat-sensitive products will remain completely unaffected by temperatures after delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows an unusual delay or your package appears to be lost, contact us and we’ll help you determine the next step.
